Definitely friendly with great availability and pricing. But, very very very ROUGH. Pictures attached. The grinder taking off the SNS did this to the skin around my nails. Two fingers literally bled while I was there but the pain wasn’t too terrible. The scratches have gradually gotten worse and are swollen and red. Keeping peroxide close by. One scratch is understandable but 3? Not okay.

Critical:Quality,ValueI went here because I could not get into my regular salon. I got a gel manicure and a Regular polish pedicure. I specifically asked the tech for three coats on my gel manicure. She insisted they only needed to do two. Well, They started chipping the very day after I got it done and only lasted about a week with my nails cracking and chipping from the edges. Also I felt that it was over priced at $80 for a gel polish and a regular polish pedicure. Plus when I went back to my regular salon and they removed the gel from my fingers my nails were stained yellow. I have no idea why this would happen unless they used old polish. On the positive side I did like the pedicure very much and the salon was very clean and the lady was very kind and really did a good job otherwise. I went here because I could not get into my regular salon. I got a gel manicure and a Regular polish pedicure. I specifically asked the tech for three coats on my gel manicure. “Fast and Friendly” I will be coming back! Last minute on Friday night I wanted a FULL SET of nail tips with dipping powder. I called at 6:32pm and they close at 8pm. They said yes, I could walk in. 2 technicians were steadfastly working when I arrived at 6:50pm. I would find out later it was husband and wife the owners. I support small businesses generally, but Vivian was fast and very talented!! She did what usually takes over an hour and for $15 more where I live in Dayton!!! I will be coming back… (did I say that already?). She got them done in like 30-35 min max!! I was down before 8pm (when they close) and that included the mini- hand massage!

I asked that they be short – they were so long I filed them down when I got home and had to go somewhere else to get them “fixed”. The girl was very rough and twisted my fingers around like I wasn’t a real person then nicked my finger and said I moved to much and she barely spoke to me. I also think it was very over priced. I asked that they be short – they were so long I filed them down when I got home and had to go somewhere else to get them “fixed”. The two gentleman were great, the girl was a little quiet, but otherwise are experience was perfect! My nails still look great! I called around to the area nail salons to do a mother and daughter pedicure, ultimately chose this one because the quote on the phone was the cheapest out of all of them. However I was charged more than they said and there was no posting on what a child’s pedicure would cost so I just figured I was given the wrong quote on the phone. They had good reviews so I thought it would be a good place. Services were mediocre.
