My elderly mother in law suffers from dementia and I chose New Elegant Nails to get manicures and pedicures together, bringing along my young daughter. The gentleness and patience, the pampering and beautiful work, and the massages were 10/10 wonderful. We will be back! Our nails are perfect. The techs are so kind and so attentive to detail.

The gel manicure quality is got worse! Started shipping next day on vacation! when stopped for fix after the vacation, was charged the full price, and the quality was as bad! never again!
