So glad we decided to check this shop out, my daughter has been wanting to go with me for a while and I promised her a Halloween manicure. She's 4 so I was nervous about taking her but everyone was so nice and patient with her. They also do the dip service which has been hard to come by in TV, they applied it perfectly! We'll definitely be back!

I booked an appointment so that I wouldn't have to wait too long. They took the woman who walked in before me and I had to wait 30 minutes. They don't do any better than any other salon. I advise going elsewhere.

Response to Owner: I am not lying! I arrived at 11:32 with my friend and I waited exactly 28 minutes, if you want to be precise. Were you the man that walked around, not helping me after you finished with a Pedicure? Also, my friend, who was getting a manicure, while I waited, pointed out that another employee was doing her own nails while I sat and continued to wait. Is it your policy to take walk-ins before an appointment? The woman that sat next to me told me she had just walked in before me with NO appointment and you started her Pedicure while I just sat there. By the time you were ready to start on my Pedicure, my friend's manicure was almost finished. She would have had to wait quite a while for me. We made the appointments so that wouldn't happen. My husband and I use to come in for Pedicures but never again. And...neither will my friend. And, for an owner, your response shows me you don't care about your customer service.
PSS. ToThe Owner: I see that you deleted your post that called me a liar and a Karen and that I was not welcome to come back. HOW COWARDLY! Also, the old management put plastic liners in their peridure tubs and you do not. I question the other reviews. Also, my foot rest was all cracked vinyl.

I went in for a mani and pedi with my sister. Service was too fast and not as enjoyable. My gel mani damaged my nails a lot and my cuticle was cut slightly during it. . I was really hoping to find a great nail salon that was local, but I won't be going back.

I went in by myself after work. They didn't talk to me, They didn't tell me the chairs were massaging chairs. But when I got ready to leave I found out they don't take checks, they accept debit cards but charge $1.50 for using them. I won't be back.
